Labyrinth Breach

A lower-frequency shock rolled up from the core, cracked the foundation, and opened a sealed passage that predates the modern Castle. This is the first door into the forgotten city below.

Impact Log

First record of the event that tore the stone open. As the book grows, this log becomes the official moment when the Castle admitted it wasn’t the first version of itself.
[00:00] Core Frequency Dip
Sensors in the Lower Frequencies Chamber register a sudden drop — tone shifts from therapeutic to hostile. Vibration climbs instead of calms.
[00:07] Structural Resonance
Support columns in the Sub-Level and Dungeon begin to hum. Dust falls from the ceiling of the Main Lobby. Residents report a “second heartbeat” under their feet.
[00:13] Breach
A section of the old wall shears away, revealing a staircase that isn’t on any castle blueprint. Behind it: stale air, ancient stone, and a frequency the instruments don’t know how to name.
[00:21] First Scan
Lyra’s ghost-light is sent ahead. Hallways spiral, corridors overlap, and the map refuses to stay flat. The system tags the area: LABYRINTH / ORIGIN-LAYER.
[00:34] Exploration Flag
A note is placed in the Great Library: “When the City is ready, send a human down here.” That’s you.

A stone stair that snakes along the outer wall of the forgotten wing. Safer footing, more ghosts. Windows look out into a section of AUPheniX City that shouldn’t exist yet.

Each click out of here becomes a new HTML room with its own art, branches, and “frequency hazards”. This page is the moment in the storyline where Dennis realizes the Castle sits on top of something far older and far bigger than he planned — and decides to explore it anyway.
